Terms of Use

Last updated 6 October 2026 · Applies to every Timbre and Co. console

By signing in to any Timbre and Co. console you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not sign in.

1. Who these terms cover

The consoles are run by Timbre and Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 29 687 828 093) ("Timbre and Co.", "we"). They are the Tasks, Sales, Teams, Client and Console websites at timbreandco.com, partner consoles such as fairytale.timbreandco.com, and their home-screen apps. These terms apply to everyone who uses them: our staff and contractors, partner businesses and their people, and clients.

2. Your account

  1. Your account is for you alone. Do not share your password, sign-in codes or a signed-in device.
  2. If you tick "Keep me signed in for 30 days", that device stays signed in for 30 days and then asks again. If you do not tick it, you are signed out after 12 hours. Only tick it on a device you control.
  3. We may ask for a code by email when you sign in from a new device or network.
  4. Tell us straight away at contact@timbreandco.com if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Client links

Clients open their console, a job, a review or a quote from a private link instead of a password. Whoever holds the link can open what it points to, so keep it to the people it was meant for. Ask us and we will close a link and send a new one.

4. Confidentiality

Everything in the consoles is confidential to Timbre and Co. and its clients. That includes projects, tasks, comments, contacts, deals, emails, files, footage, prices, schedules and reports, and the screens themselves.

  1. Use it only to do your work with Timbre and Co.
  2. Do not copy, download, forward, screenshot, screen-record, photograph, print, export or post any of it outside the consoles, unless we have agreed in writing or the console offers that action for that purpose (for example, a client downloading their own finished video).
  3. Do not paste it into outside tools, including AI tools, chat apps or personal storage.
  4. If something is shared by mistake, tell us at once and help us get it back or deleted.
  5. This continues after your access ends.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • try to see, change or delete anything your role does not allow;
  • try to get around sign-in, permissions or security, or test them without our written permission;
  • use automated tools to copy data from the consoles;
  • upload anything unlawful or harmful, or anything you have no right to share;
  • use the consoles to harass anyone, or for anything other than work with Timbre and Co.

6. Ownership

The consoles, their design and their software belong to Timbre and Co. Work and files belong to whoever owns them under the agreement for that job. By uploading something you let us store it, process it and show it to the people working on that job.

7. Automated help

The consoles use an AI assistant, Hazel, to suggest and create tasks, keep job notes and update dates from emails and comments. People can see, change or undo what it does. It can make mistakes, so check anything important.

8. Availability

We work to keep the consoles running and backed up, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by an outage or an error. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Ending access

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or when someone's work with Timbre and Co. ends. Partners and clients can ask us to close their accounts at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you the next time you sign in, and you will need to agree before you carry on.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
